A couple of weeks ago I had an appointment at the hospital to take some blood samples and put in a peripheral venous catheter in my arm. Now, I don't know whether the nurse just had a bad day, or if she was out of training, but after a day or two my arm looked like this. This was the botched arm, the nurse had to pull out half way as I was on the verge of passing out. And I never pass out. Ever.
Oh yay, fun to walk around looking like a proper druggie for almost a week.
And yes, that's the leg of a stuffed bunny in the background. In case you hadn't noticed that at all.
